Even if you’re alone at home, you’ll see yourself in the mirror and say, “Hello, beautiful.” Give yourself a pat on the back while you’re at it too.

Motivation for weight loss is often easy to generate at the start of a weight loss program. Most people are actually excited to get started because they anticipate the results of their chosen weight loss plan, but don’t count on the effort required to obtain those results. The excitement and motivation fade quickly and the majority of people on weight loss plans start to cheat in just a few days and quit their diet and exercise programs altogether in just a few weeks.
Even the best weight loss program is going to fail miserably if you don’t follow it and you give up on it before it has a chance to provide you with any tangible results. What seems like sufficient motivation when you begin your weight loss efforts is probably not going to be sufficient to keep you going until you reach your weight loss goal. It is critical to “motivate to lose weight” on an ongoing basis to keep yourself on track. You must make conscious efforts to keep your motivation high, just as much as you must consistently follow your diet and exercise regimen.

I personally don’t understand why people dont keep track of their heart rate. Do they know its very important and so I had to find out well why not? I did a short survey for myself and walked up and ask 10 people off the street do they keep track of their heart rate? Atleast 8 out of 10 people responded with the answer no. I also asked them why not and some responses were “I really don’t know”; “Just dont think about it”; “I do when I have a doctor’s appointment”. One guy told me, “I didn’t know I had one”, but he was joking and I told him, “I already know the answer to that question”. The fact is people just don’t worry about their heart rate.
By you reading this write-up today now ask yourself, “Do I keep track of my heart rate”? If not you can start right now. Get yourself a monitor or you can do it yourself. Much has been made of reaching a particular heart rate especially during execises, a rate that avoids too much stress on the heart and yet provides the desired result. Even doctors dont play around when you visit their office. The first thing they do is check your heart rate before they see you.

In modern society, there tends to be a lot of emphasis on how much you weigh. People are often trying to lose weight to look better by society’s standards. They also want to feel more energetic and healthier.

1. The right way to cleanse.
Cleanse your face in the morning and again in the evening without fail. Use a cleanser that is suited to your skin. A ph-balanced cleanser that is creamy is good for dry skin, while most gels are suited for oily skin. You don’t have to create suds to get your skin clean. There are many very good cleansers on the market that do not foam. However, if you like suds go ahead and use a sudsy cleanser, just as long as it suits your skin type. Always cleanse your face with a gentle motion, washing at least 30 seconds. Rinse well with fresh water. You’ll want to cleanse twice if you have make-up or a heavy sunscreen on your face.

Candida is a yeast or fungus that cannot be killed completely. All of us have a little bit of it in our intestines. Sometimes you can get what is called a yeast overgrowth.
