			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The keys to success in bodybuilding workout exercises are available to everyone. However, they must be in place at the very start of your program.</p>
<p>So, I want to know&#8230; how many times have you failed at losing weight? Or putting yourself on a workout regimen? Or even only wanting to fit in your wedding dress again.</p>
<p>I know what I&#8217;m talking about. In my 30&#8217;s I accidentally saw my profile in a mirror. I had major love handles; way too many chins, and pale and pasty looking skin. The mere thought of touching my toes put my back into spasms.</p>
<p>&#8220;Go for a jog,&#8221; I told myself, &#8220;only a short one though!&#8221; I dragged myself a mile and a half. I came back coughing, wheezing, and gasping for air. My wife was concerned; the kids looked at me like I was crazy. Despite my intense revulsion at my flab, I remained unconvinced of the wisdom of my idea. It was a long time before I attempted such a fool-hardy thing again.</p>
<p>Number one&#8230; The Inner Game</p>
<p>There are four components here:</p>
<p>1) Patience. Common sense tells you that you can&#8217;t achieve breakthrough success overnight.</p>
<p>2) Confidence. Remember a time when you were 100%. Not necessarily about exercise. Just think of a time when you were confident about something. Get into the memory of what it was like to have that confidence. Feel it. What was it like when you were confident then? Do it now! As you get that same feeling back in your body, hold onto that feeling as you consider doing your bodybuilding.</p>
<p>3) Motivation. Remind yourself of all the reasons you want to do those bodybuilding workout exercises. Hint: don&#8217;t just connect with the negative ones &#8212; like &#8220;I don&#8217;t want to be fat anymore&#8221;, find the positive ones. For example, &#8220;I want to be slim and strong and healthy.&#8221; Moving away from &#8220;being fat&#8221; will start you up, but moving in the direction of your ideal body image will keep you going. Make sure you track your progress every day.</p>
<p>4) Determination. What happens when you fall off a horse? You get back on. Things will go better for you if you expect to fall off the horse because you&#8217;ll be expecting to get back on. It is wise to expect setbacks and be ready with a plan to deal with them. Determination is best set BEFORE you encounter the problems.</p>
<p>Tip number two&#8230; The Plan</p>
<p>About a year after my first jog that I decided to do it again. The best I could say about that year was that I hadn&#8217;t gained weight. I was watching what I was eating. I came at things a little bit more methodically this time. I applied myself to producing a road map for my conditioning. I did some research; I made tweaks in my schedule, and then dug in.</p>
<p>If you want to succeed in your bodybuilding workout exercises, you have to work up a plan to fit it into your life. Success requires a plan. Otherwise, how will you know if you&#8217;ve succeeded? A plan is the tool with which you can measure your success.</p>
<p>Go easy on yourself. You can only control YOU! Plans are about controlling what you can control &#8212; especially your responses to things you can&#8217;t control.</p>
<p>Make a long term plan. Dig in and ask yourself some good questions:</p>
<p>Honestly, how long is it going to take you to get your body into shape? If you follow your plan as you have laid it out, how much success will you have in a month? Now, suppose you got to that point, what would you have to have done in the coming week to achieve that milestone? And the following week? Make your plan work for the long term; execute it by tracking progress on the short term.</p>
<p>Tip number three&#8230; The Bodybuilding Workout Exercises themselves</p>
<p>I had a plan and I worked it: cardio exercises on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; weight lifting on Tuesday and Thursday. I quit going out to lunch with my colleagues and went to the gym instead; I missed a workout only once in a while. If I missed, it was up to me to decide what I was going to do about it. I sometimes chose to shrug it off; and other times I could chose to make it up. It was MY choice. I have done that plan for over 10 years now.</p>
<p>As to the actual exercises, I say you have to master what I call The Big Three. If you can get good at the dead lift, the bench press, and the squat, you&#8217;ll get maximum benefit in minimal time. Do these (and other exercises as well) using the outline below and you&#8217;ll build muscle insanely fast.</p>
<p>* You need to determine your maximum weight: this is an amount of weight that is a bit under what you CANNOT lift.</p>
<p>* Plan your sets so that you get at least of 12 reps per set.</p>
<p>* To get the maximum effect on your muscles, your third set should be IMPOSSIBLE for you to complete. If it is impossible, you have achieved muscle fatigue. That&#8217;s when you&#8217;ve broken down the muscle fibers until they can&#8217;t continue. When the fibers heal, they will be stronger.</p>
<p>Nowadays, I&#8217;m living proof of the what happens when you work a plan. I&#8217;m strong, fit and flexible. Beyond my muscle building, two years ago I added yoga to my regimen. I can proudly tell you that I keep up with my granddaughter better than her parents can.</p>
<p>You will find that in the long run the exercises are the least important of these tips. With the right mindset, and the right plan, virtually anything you undertake will be achievable. However, bodybuilding itself will require the exercises mentioned above.</p>

<p>Is this a little to graphic or a little to real? Which is more upsetting to you? I believe that the fact that the above is the psychological reality of the American populace at this moment in time and that is what&#8217;s so disturbing. We are led to the slaughter as sacrificial lambs and we are expected to just grin and take it as it is our patriotic responsibility not to complain. Just take this two ton backpack of burdens, place them on the backs of our infants and move on. Right? I am asked to speak on the topic of global finance, IPOs and corporate globalization internationally and the one common thread I see in every country I visit is that the citizens of the host country feel that it is their patriotic duty to stand there while corrupt politicians place the noose over their children&#8217;s heads and slowly suffocate the lives out of them with debt, corruption and the economic burdens of multiple generations.</p>
<p>Truth be told, the patriotic thing to do is ask questions, protect our children from a mountain of growing debt and tell the institutional powers that be exactly what we demand of them. In the meantime what does a company do when they are trying to raise capital to stimulate rapid growth or stabilize their position? The last thing you want to do is open yourself up to the life sucking banking imps who lend with the intent to repossess.</p>
<p>Take the power back, create wealth for your family and your children&#8217;s children. One reason behind that could be that one&#8217;s sweat glands are just too hyperactive. Often, these cases are inherited conditions that one often gets from ancestors. But one can prevent sweating by adopting a few steps.</p>
<p>The first way for you to prevent sweating is to cut back on too much coffee.</p>
<p>I know that there is nothing like hot coffee early in the morning to start your day but the problem with that is caffeine and sugar, two ingredients found in your coffee, are stimulants that make your heart beat faster, elevate your temperature and make you sweat.</p>
<p>Another way for you to prevent sweating is to limit on your alcohol intake. You shouldn&#8217;t go overboard with drinking too much alcohol especially if you don&#8217;t want people to see that you are sweating profusely. Alcohol elevates your body temperature which also accounts for why you turn red. This makes you sweat still.</p>
<p>Finally, your problem may stem from the fact that you have too much fat tissue and that you should start getting rid of them. Our fats act as heat insulators. They are there to produce heat whenever we feel cold. Do you ever wonder why a fat person rarely feels cold unlike a very thin one? If your problem is on sweating too much, you might need to lose weight.</p>
<p>Finally, if all those other methods fail, try to use an antiperspirant. An antiperspirant inhibits your sweat glands from producing sweat.</p>
